Seltzer Employment Law
Diane Seltzer's philosophy is that there are many good employers and there are many good employees; neither one is inherently the sole source of all conflicts that arise in the workplace. She is able to represent both management and employees in employment law matters precisely because she accepts each case on its individual merits and because she explores, on a case-by-case basis, the legal responsibility and role of each party in a given employment matter.
Ms. Diane Seltzer, Esquire

She regularly represents and advises employers in all aspects of employment and civil rights law and litigation. She has conducted numerous jury trials in federal and state courts as sole or lead counsel. Typical matters which she handles include EEO discrimination and retaliation charges, non-competition agreements, employment policies and handbooks, employment contracts, management training, internal investigations of employee complaints, severance agreements, reasonable accommodation issues, whistleblower claims, unpaid wage cases, wrongful discharge claims, long term disability/disability retirement applications, MSPB complaints, First Amendment/Section 1983 cases and common law torts.

Unlike many employment lawyers, Diane Seltzer's philosophy is that there are many good employers, and there are many good employees; neither is inherently "bad." She is able to represent both management and employees precisely because she accepts each case on its individual merits, without classifying either group as one whose members she does not wish to represent.
