Diane Seltzer to Teach, “Employee or Independent Contractor? Properly Classifying Workers under the US Department of Labor’s New Rule on Independent Contractors” (DC Bar CLE Program)

On June 18, 2024, Diane Seltzer will teach “Employee or Independent Contractor? Properly Classifying Workers under the US Department of Labor’s New Rule on Independent Contractors” for the D.C.
