On September 25, 2018, Diane Seltzer Torre will teach “Can They Fire Me for Putting That on Facebook?” at the Bar Association of Montgomery County.  In this CLE, Ms. Seltzer Torre will discuss recent cases and legal developments involving employee claims that they have been fired due to their social media posts.  She will also discuss the do’s and don’ts of drafting social media use policies.
