On April 27, 2020, Diane Seltzer Torre will teach the D.C. Bar Continuing Legal Education Program, “Understanding Paid Sick Time & Emergency Paid Sick Time Laws in the Wake of COVID-19.” This class will address the provisions and impact of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, as well as of emergency legislation in D.C., that relate to paid sick leave and expanded Family and Medical Leave Act leave.
